WDCAF exists to provide financial resources to community service programs and projects of non-profit organizations in Washington, D. C. targeted at building a stronger community and improving conditions for youth, the elderly and families of the District of Columbia.

VISION

WDCAF envisions a more robust community by investing in the future of the residents of Washington, D.C. to enhance and enrich their quality of life.
